Account Terms

1. Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
2. Account Information: Any information you provide during registration must be accurate and complete.
3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
4. Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

Service Usage

1. Acceptable Use: You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. File Uploads: You retain ownership of any files you upload to our service.
3. File Privacy: We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files and will not review, share, or distribute them unless required by law.
4. File Storage: Unlock files are uploaded only after you have unlock access. They are stored privately for processing, deleted after download or within 1 hour, and incomplete jobs are removed within 24 hours.
5. Authorization: You confirm you own the PDF or are authorized to remove its password or restrictions. Password recovery may be used only on files you are allowed to process.

Limitations

1. Service Availability: We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% availability.
2. File Types: Our service is designed for PDF files only and may not work with other file formats.
3. File Size: There may be limitations on the size of files that can be processed.
4. Processing Limitations: Complex or heavily protected PDFs may not be processed successfully. Password recovery is limited to 8 characters, a 20 MB file, a 2 million attempt ceiling, and 30 minutes of search time.
5. Module Access: All Access Membership covers unlock, convert, and compress. Payment sets that access on your account.

Intellectual Property

1. Our Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property.
2. Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our content without permission.
3. Feedback: Any feedback you provide becomes our property and may be used without restriction.
